Ordering Books
Can you order books in for me?
Yes — we can order most books into the bookshop, usually within a couple of days. Just email us the details of what you're after and we'll be in touch.
Can I get a signed or special edition?
Yes! If you'd like a specific edition — sprayed edges, signed copies, or a new release in a particular format — please get in touch as early as possible so we can do our best to secure it for you.
Events, Book Clubs & Workshops
Do you run a book club?
Yes — we host the Silent Night Book Club weekly on Tuesdays. Bring a book, enjoy the company, book your space. Email us for more information or visit our Book Club page.
Are there workshops at the bookshop?
Yes! We host creative workshops in the bookshop. Head to our Workshops & Events page for the full list and to book your place.
Do you host author events?
We're working on it! Author events will be announced via our social media channels as soon as dates are confirmed — keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
Stocking Your Products
I'm a retailer / maker — can you stock my products?
If you'd like us to consider stocking your range, please forward a sample or brochure to our postal address first, then email us to arrange an appointment. For handmade bookish items, please be aware our shelf space is very limited — but do email us in the first instance if you think your items are a perfect fit.

Gift Vouchers & Tokens
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We do! You can order a That Little Bookshop gift voucher from our website, or email us if you have any questions.
Do you accept National Book Tokens?
We don't currently sell or accept National Book Tokens. Our own gift vouchers make a lovely alternative!
Community & Employment
Can you support our school / charity?
We do our best to support local schools and charities where we can. As a small independent, we simply can't say yes to every request — please don't take a 'not this time' personally. All requests should be emailed, and we'll respond where we're able to.
Do you have any job vacancies?
We're not currently recruiting. Future vacancies will only be advertised via our newsletter — sign up to be the first to hear.
Can I do work experience at the bookshop?
If you're still in education and looking for a placement, please email us as early as possible — we have very limited spots each year and they fill up quickly. We look forward to hearing from you.
Do you take volunteers?
We don't offer volunteer placements at this time — thank you for thinking of us though!
